Beginning the day your STALIT is delivered, we give you a 10 (ten) day guaranteed fit for your table top camp stove. If it doesn't fit properly send it back and we'll refund your original purchase price, or you may request a new one that does fit. After all, "size really does matter".
We also provide a 1 (one) year warranty against material defects. If you abuse your STALIT, that will void your warranty.
If you are returning your STALIT within the 10 (ten) day period due to "size really does matter", after we receive your STALIT, we will refund all monies paid to that point. If we built your STALIT to the wrong size that you provided us, the cost to ship your STALIT back is at our expense. If you provided us the wrong size, the shipping to return your STALIT is on you. Fair is fair.
We've never had a request related to our 1 (one) year warranty for material defects. But when, and if, we do, we will work the opportunity through to your complete satisfaction.
